Refund policy

Returns and refunds

We accept return requests for standard items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, free from odours, and have their original tags and packaging.

Customers may inspect items as they would in a shop. If an item has been worn beyond reasonable inspection, washed, altered, stained, or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value where permitted by law.

Personalised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

To request a return, email info@modifyfit.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected, in accordance with applicable law and this policy.
